We ship to all the countries around the world!
But if you live outside the EU please place your order and choose payment by wire bank, then wait until we contact you with the additional (if any) cost of the delivery.
When calculating prices we take under consideration the lowest price that shows Invoices from DHL and POLISH POST, which means, that in some cases (f. ex. deliveries to an island's locations) we have to pay more than our Customers!
And what is more important - we have not raised our prices for shipping since 2021!

94 PLN (about 22,56 EUR) is the estimated price of delivery only to EUROPE countries. It does not include shipping to other destinations.

Most of our orders within Europe are delivered in 7 days and it takes 7 - 10 days to deliver to other continents.
Most in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours since the time that we collected money and will arrive in 5 - 10 business days and it depends on the address and your local postal service
If an item does not add to your shopping cart when selecting an item to purchase, the item is out of stock. Please contact us to help you choose something else.

Placing order please select the desired delivery option from the checkbox.
Once you have placed your order, you will be sent an order confirmation via email confirming the status of your order.
SHIPPING TO OTHER CONTINENTS
The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the package, the address of the destination, and the desired option of delivery.
As the delivery charges are particularly high for some products and to some countries, we reserve the right to calculate the actual delivery costs involved independently of the sums indicated.
We will check with you first before dispatching the goods- we will email you an INVOICE with the shipping cost included.
Please be advised that your local government may assess international trade taxes or customs duties upon package arrival, which are not the responsibility of the PJtherapeutic.

Orders are not shipped on Saturdays and Sundays, and shipping transit times exclude weekends. Please be mindful of holidays as shipping carriers are closed on select days.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
