INSTRUCTIONS OF USE:

1. Insert your index finger through the round opening of the LIPER™ Device. The tip of your index finger should reach the inner marking. The edges are pointed up or down to suit your comfort, so it does not slip of your finger.

2. Insert the LIPER™ Device gently under the middle of the tongue, placing the round tips of the LIPER™ Device at the base of the tongue.

3. Using the round edges of the LIPER™ Device slowly and firmly lift the back side of the tongue for 1 second and lower back down

Gently remove the LIPER™ Device

If no other instructions were given by a healthcare provider, repeat these steps 3-4 times daily for a period of 3 weeks.
