How to use: Place the flat part of the blue barbell between your lips. Instruct the person to keep it there (using lips only, no teeth) to work on lip closure, strength, and stamina. For more difficulty, use the green barbell, which is heavier. Working on closing your mouth can help improve your skills in feeding, drinking, controlling saliva, producing speech sounds, and more.
